It is our goal to make your transition from Sabadell Bank to IBERIABANK as smooth and easy as possible.
By now, you should have received information on how to log into lockbox, including your customer ID.
As explained in that letter, your existing Lockbox processing will continue as is with one change.
This change will be how you access your Lockbox deposit information. As of October 16th, the
following new website address and user credentials will be used to view your Lockbox reporting.
The users for your company will need four pieces for information to access your lockbox reporting.
1 Web Address: https://remitpoint.fisglobal.com/sabadell Please save or add to favorites
2 Customer ID: <previously provided> MUST BE ALL CAPS
3 User ID: Use your current Sabadell Business Online User ID MUST BE ALL CAPS
4 User Password: Use your current User ID as password MUST BE ALL CAPS
(this is a temporary password which will be changed at first log in).
This site is currently available to you and we would like to suggest that you log in prior to October 12, 2017 to confirm your access.
You will then continue to use this site for direct Lockbox access.
